After COVID-19 lockdown getting out to eat felt like a special occasion.

Bertie had a craving for some fried chicken and my god we hit the jackpot.

We had noticed chicken V a couple of times and decided to hit it up and weren’t disappointed, of course, we started with some refreshing beverages and some tasty pickled radish, Bertie loves a pickle.

As we had not been here before we got the fried chicken platter, enough for three people, but being us, we weren’t intimidated with the challenge.

The chicken was crispy and tender, chips we crispy (although enough for 4 people) and the salad was cut through the fried goods…we will be back to try the spicy chicken, even after the waiter said don’t!
