After a gruelling bush walk encouraged by my loving partner, we decided to revive to survive.
An easy Uber form the main town and you are greeted not only by the exceptional staff (whom we unknowingly meet in a whiskey bar the previous night) but a view that is one of the best in Orange.
The entrees, slow-cooked lamb neck with peas and fish pâté both which left us wanting more!
The mains, veal pappadelle (#winning) , cod in buttery deliciousness and veg and we ordered additional side of corn with butter, truffle and pecorino – sooooo good!
Finishing it all off with some cheeses, a local blue and chèvre.
Wines drunk, 2012 Gewurztraminer, perfect for the summer day we were having,
And to finish 2014 pinot meunier cherry port, all round great experience and loved the atmosphere
